Balancing your Diet

Eating more “healthy” foods does not equate to being more healthy. Eating larger plates can lead to consuming more than our average calorie intake should be, which leads to storing it as fat. Eating a balanced diet means much more than eating from every food category (Fruits, Vegetables, Protein, Dairy, Grains, Oils), it is eating the right portion.
